1. How do I start the course after purchasing?
- Click 'Buy Now' and Log in.
- Proceed to 'Make Payment' and click 'Pay Now'.
- After completion, click 'View Course' in your profile.
2. Technical issues (Password / Login)?
Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page or update your credentials in the 'Settings' section of your profile.
3. Can I contact the instructor directly?
Yes. Please email your questions to support@agrizenglobal.com and we will coordinate with the instructor.
4. Can I take the course without a computer?
Yes, all courses are fully responsive and work on any mobile device, tablet, or laptop.
5. What is the validity of the certificate?
Your PDF certificate is available forever once you finish the required course modules.
6. Can I download the lessons?
No, downloading is disabled. Streaming is allowed via the website/app to protect intellectual property.
